Free Flu Vaccines Return: New Nasal Spray for Toddlers

Queensland’s flu rollout begins 1 March, with a new needle-free nasal spray vaccine available for children aged 2–5  making protection easier for little ones this season. Flu vaccines are free for everyone aged 6 months and over, including adults, from March to September. With cases rising and vaccination rates low, health experts are urging families to book in early and stay protected this winter.
